Meet our Staff

Richard (RJ) C. Boge
Co-owner

RJ, a former gymnast, began his career as a competitive coach in 1997, and since then has produced several State Champions, Regional Champions, and National Champions.

RJ has been recognized for his ability to coach the most basic levels through Level 10, and for his ability to build strong competitive teams who enjoy the process of learning at all levels. 

 

 

Hang N. Pham
Co-owner

Hang Pham has over ten years of experience in coaching, writing curriculum, and staff training in the competitive gymnastics field. She is an award-winning athlete, whose accomplishments include:

  • Tumbling, Undefeated Champion, Elite Division, 1988 – 1992

  • Acrobatics Female Pairs Champion, Elite Division, 1991 – 1992

  •  Excellent Acrobat Award, 1988

  • Youngest Elite in Vietnamese Tumbling and Acrobatics, 1988

  • Tumbling Champion, Class 1, 1986

She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. In addition to her gymnastics accomplishments, Hang has appeared in ten major dance and theater productions.

Hang is First Aid & CPR Certified, USAG Safety Certified, GYMCERT Certified level 1-3.

 

 

Vasiliy Dobrynin

Vasiliy, a nationalized American from Russia, brings 28 years of coaching experience to CGA. He has multiple degrees and certifications with honors in Physical Education and Sports Massage. He has also coached national and international ranked gymnasts, including a world champion.

 

 

Tina Reeder

Tina, a former national and international competitor, brings to CGA 30 years of coaching experience. She coached several state champions in the state of Texas, and then moved to Taiwan for 3 years, working with the Taipei Olympic Association. She then relocated to Hawaii and for 16 years was a successful gymnastics business co-owner and coach of compulsory & optional girls' programs. Tina is happy to reunite with her former student, CGA instructor Hang Pham.

 

 

Robert James (RJ) Dornbos

Robert Dornbos, a former competitive gymnast, won numerous gold medals at regional and state level. He looks forward to sharing his gymnastics & athletic experience with students. RJ works with CGA coaches in the designing of curriculum and instruction of tumbling & trampoline as well as the compulsory competitive program.

 

 

Charmaine M. DeKay

Charmaine DeKay brings over ten years of experience in preschool and recreational instruction to CGA. She is extensively involved in the ongoing development and instruction of our preschool/motor development program.

 

 

Brian Kincher

Brian, a Colorado transplant, comes to CGA as an experienced preschool instructor. He is extensively involved in the ongoing development and instruction of our preschool/motor development program. Currently Brian is an elite acrobat with a vision of a world title and becoming a performer with Cirque du Soleil.
